Please ensure you specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with prior to the journey (via message or email), so we can allocate the most suitable vehicle. You must also provide the full drop-off address in London, as well as your flight number.
Our chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you inside the arrivals hall of the terminal, holding a name board with your name. We actively track your flight, so if it arrives early or is delayed, there is no need to worry — we will be there at the correct time.
Once you have met your chauffeur, please feel free to hand over any heavy luggage or trolley, and we will take care of it while escorting you to the vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle, you will be asked to reconfirm your drop-off address. You are also welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required. Mineral water and phone chargers are available on board for your comfort.
