IMPORTANT: Please note you must specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with before the journey (via message or email etc), so we can make sure that the correct vehicle is allocated. You must also provide a full drop off/pick up address in London and flight number.
Our chauffeur will be ready to meet & greet you inside the terminal building at the arrivals hall, carrying a name board with your name on it. We do track your flight so if it’s arriving early or delayed, do not worry! - we will be there on time.
Once met and introduced feel free to hand over your heavy luggage/trolley so we can take care of it while walking you through to the vehicle. When in the vehicle you will be asked to confirm your drop-off address, do not hesitate to share your preferences
about the radio station and temperature as well as ask for a WiFi password if needed. Still mineral water and phone chargers are also on board for your convenience.
