you will begin by visiting Clan jetty, a small floating village with a lot of souvenir shops and as well as food stores. A lovely historical place to walk around and see a different way of life. Kuan Yin, Penang’s oldest temple which was built in 1728 by early immigrant settlers from China. This temple is one of the most magnificent Chinese-style structures in northern Malaysia with spectacular wall paintings. Masjid Kapitan Keling. This is a Great opportunity to see a 200 plus years old masjid. It is definitely worth a visit if you want to know more about Islam. Apart from Mosque there are cultural centre here that showcase the culture and history of Indian Muslim Community. The food outside this masjid is simply divine.

head out to Sri Maha Mariamman, a beautiful Hindu temple. This is a typical south Indian style temple covered with carvings of gods and goddesses which are colorfully painted. This oldest temple in Penang should be visited by non-Hindus as well as there is so much to see.

Your next walk will be to St. George Church. A lovely sea breeze wafts through the church would keep you cool. Old photos including one when the church was bombed is placed in one tiny heritage house right next to the church. This fine example of Georgian-style architected church will never disappoint visitors.

From there you will proceed to, Pinang Peranakan Mansion. Get ready to know and experience what it feels like being the richest Malaysian way back then. The mansion is full of old world charms and collections. It is a great place for photography. There is a gift shop to see too before you leave the mansion. Seventh is Penang museum. You would get a small but beautifully formed museum telling you all about the different peoples who came to Penang and still live there. There are also interesting artifacts from each culture and some insight into the time of the British Empire and World War II. It is right in the center of town, so there's no excuse not to visit

Next is Fort Cornwallis, The fort walls with a few cannons are worth to visit as it’s an example of British Colonial architecture of the period. It is near to seaside and have some good view and sunset scene if you visit here late in the evening. It’s a must visit historical place which will give you knowledge about old history
