You have to arrive by your own in the dock Playa tortugas Km 6.5 Boulevard Kukulcan it is where is located the fountain and go foward in the building and you will find the staff to do the check in .

There is no parking nearby, if you go in a car rental at least arrive 1 hour before to find a parking
