Port of Mahogany Bay (Carnival Cruise Port)
As soon as you get off of the cruise ship you must walk about 1/4 mile, we apologize in advance for the distance. Due to company policy, the port does not allow independent tour operators to enter the cruise port.
You will pass a two-story red roofed building. You must walk through the plaza where you will see many stores. Then you will go down the covered gangway. Take a left onto the paved road near the security gate. You will have to walk about 250 yards up a small hill. There you will see your driver holding a Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA).
If you have trouble finding us, please ask a dispatcher to point us out.

Port of Roatan Town center (Royal Caribbean / Norwegian)
We will be waiting for you when you arrive to the cruise port at Coxen Hole.
As soon as you get off of the cruise ship, please walk out to the main road. Across the street, you will see your driver holding a Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA).
If you have trouble finding us, please ask a dispatcher to point us out.

NOTE: Pick up is 30 minutes to an hour after the cruise ship arrives at the port, thank you. Don't rush yourselves, we will be waiting for you, we understand that it takes time for you to get off of the ship.
