I lived an unforgettable experience in Estancia Vigil, a unique getaway just 55 minutes from Buenos Aires, where nature, gastronomy and wine meet in perfect harmony. From your arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of wine in our charming Market, inspired by traditional country warehouses. A specialized host will share the history of the Estancia, its vineyards brought especially from Mendoza and the vision that makes this place something unrepeatable.
You’ll walk through the fire pit, patio and vineyards before enjoying an exclusive tasting of three strains, selected by Alejandro Vigil. The experience continues with a 3-step lunch, made with nearby products: vegetables from local vegetable gardens, eggs, artisan dairy, poultry and our renowned beef. A cuisine marked by temporality and respect for the product, paired with wines of the highest international score.

will be welcomed with a welcome glass of wine, starting an experience designed to enjoy with all the senses. Accompanied by our Host and Sommelier, they will take a guided tour of the vineyards, where they will know the history of the place, the origin of the vines and the work that is done at each stage, in a natural and relaxed environment.
At 11.30 am, a wine tasting will begin in 3 carefully selected steps, accompanied by an individual table of charcuterie and regional cheeses, ideal to highlight aromas and flavors and learn to appreciate each strain.
At 12.30 pm, the experience continues with a 3-step paired lunch, which includes a three-course menu made with quality and close products. Each dish will be accompanied by 3 glasses of wine, water and coffee, closing a day where gastronomy, wine and landscape combine to create an unforgettable memory.
