It is prohibited to carry your mobile phone or camera on the ride. As of now, viewpoint Video Experience rentals are not available on-site.
All guests must be minimum of 3 years old and 105 cm in height
Guests less than 138 cm in height must ride as a passenger and must be accompanied by an adult (driver) who is at least 150 cm tall and a minimum of 12 years old.
The combined weight of driver and passenger cannot exceed 150 kgs, and riders must be able to wear the seatbelt correctly.
Jais Adventure Park retains the right to change/close rides at any time due to weather, wildlife, capacity or force majeure.
All participants are required to sign a waiver. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for participants under 18 years old.
Please bring with you a proof of identity.
Comfortable attire with no loose clothing (eg. scarfs). It is mandatory to wear closed flat shoes to take the ride. Passengers wearing flip flops will not permitted for the ride.
Additional cost will be applicable for the exceeding Hours and pickups outside city limits
