A valid ticket confirmation must be produced to get into the event. Ticket is valid for a period of one month only. 1 ticket admits 1 person only.

Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket confirmation may invalidate your ticket.

Children at least 4 years old and above or at least 120cm tall to be able to take part in Flying Cup experience. Person under 120 cm and above 105 cm may participate if accompanied by an adult.

Guests are advised to dress accordingly to the weather. Please be advised that at 40 meter height the wind can be stronger and the temperature can be lower than usual. Once the platform has already been lifted, Flying Cup will not lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.

Please Note Pickup time may vary due to Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). Please advise about the same at the time of booking.

Timings: All Days from 10AM till 12AM

Duration is from the pickup till drop off to the hotel. Flying Cup Duration is approximately 20 minutes
