About this experience
This excursion is a day trip to the prominent and refreshing Valley in the foot of the Atlas Mountains. The popular day trip destination from Marrakech offering a trek and moderate hike up the terraced hillsides with cascades of waterfalls along the way. The drive alone can be very intriguing.
You will start your day with a visit to the local community Argan oil processing co-operative to learn about the legendary Argan Oil, benefits and the production processes followed by refreshments. You will then be introduced to a local Berber home before heading to Imlil valley.
Upon arrival, you will be taken to a Berber family where lunch will be served prior to your trek. Following lunch, you will be guided through the valley and trek to the top of the mountain passing the largest waterfall before returning.
