A drive will pick you up in Genoa, at your hotel or at the port, and he will take you first to the charming Portofino. Once arrived go ahead and walk around the main square “La Piazzetta”, and then go up to Saint George’s church and the Brown’s Castle, where you can admire one of the most exclusive views of the Ligurian coastline.

Enjoy your lunch in Portofino and then, you will be taken to Santa Margherita Ligure. It is a lovely fishermen village, with antique house and modern luxurious hotels. Relax while eating "gelato", the italian ice cream, and walk through the streets of “Santa”, as it is called from locals.

Castello Brown is a castle that you can find up a hill in Portofino. It is on a high part of the town useful in the middle ages to defend Portofino from the enemies. From here you can admire the view of the harbour and shoreline of Portofino.

Santa Margherita Ligure is a fishermen town with a port used in the past and nowadays for fishing purposes and transportation. In the historical centre you admire the magnificent baroque architecture of the Sanctuary of Signora della Rosa. A typical food that distinguishes “Santa” are red shrimp, a product loved by the inhabitants and enjoyed by tourist in typical seafood restaurants.
