A guided 2-hour tour of the estate beginning with short film on the rum making process featuring the only female master blender Joy Spence, before stepping outside to visit all the stations that takes you back in time to see the process back then, while sampling by-products of sugarcane. A short walk-through of the factory is next, then the aging house, the tasting room for sampling of 3 different rums, before ending the tour in the gift shop, where you can buy rums and other souvenir.
A visit to one of Jamaica's best kept secrets, the YS Waterfalls for up-close experience with nature. A 1-hour tour begins with a short ride in an open-aired bus or jitney, across the open fields passing cattle and horses with their young, huge century old trees and lots of flora and fauna, to the beautiful grounds of the falls and park.
Take a guided tour of this 7-tired waterfalls and enjoy the fresh river water. Rope swing, jump from a platform above, or just find spot and swim or just relax in the water. there is zipline activities available (not included in the cost).
