About this experience

On this beautiful island, we will visit all the major points of interest starting with a Big Frigate Bird Colony which is located at San Gabriel Bay. Along the way, we will visit the famous Candelero Bay, La Partida, Ensenada Grande and Los Islotes, where you can swim with friendly Sea Lions during the months of September to May. You will enjoy a great daytrip exploring the gorgeous Espiritu Santo island, full of exciting snorkeling sites and beautiful turquoise-water beaches. This Island is a natural protected area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. Home to the biggest sea lion colony in the Sea of Cortez. During this tour, you will get to experience a beautiful Natural Protected Area, full of history and rich flora and fauna.

Enjoy a daytrip full of excitement on our comfortable shaded boats at this beautiful island just a few miles away from La Paz and experience the contrast of desert and sea. Be amazed by its gorgeous white sandy beaches and turquoise crystal-clear waters. Snorkel with the friendly Sea Lions at Los Islotes, and experience the coral reefs full of colorful fish and marine life. Have fresh ceviche and cold beer at a paradisiacal beach. Along the way, you could see other species like dolphins, sea turtles, whales, mobula rays and many seabirds. This is the perfect destination to practice sustainable eco-tourism and appreciate the rich flora and fauna in the area.

*During the summer months of June, July and August, snorkeling with Sea Lions is prohibited because it’s their mating season. During these months, we will take you to alternative snorkeling sites that are just as gorgeous.
