Wine tasting is the best way to discover Istrian wine heritage. You will try 5 to 8 wines combined with delicious, local snacks. You will visit the wine cellar and get familiar with the process of wine production.

Another Istrian specialties - truffles and truffle hunting are a fantastic way to see how this delicacy ends on our plates. Friendly host will explain you interesting facts about truffles while you go with him and his dogs to the forest to see how he finds truffles. Follows truffle tasting.

You will visit famous Motovun to discover more charms of Istria.

Third taste of Istria is of course olive oil. Istria is among the best olive oil producers in the world. While olive oil tasting you will try different olive oils and you will be explained about all aspects of growing olive grove and production. With olive oil go delicious snacks.
