Another breathtaking site in the island is Sugba Lagoon, located right smack in the middle the second biggest Mangrove system in the Philippines. Bask in the crystal clear waters perfect place for snorkeling, swimming, relaxing in a hammock and generally enjoying the peace and quiet.

A dramatic rock formation on the edge of the pool is composed of a large rock that appears to be squatting on another rock. 'Pungko' in Visayan means to squat. Thus, the name Magpupungko. The clear warm waters of the pool are deep enough to allow rock jumping from the namesake rock.
