The great Kasuga Shrine is located inside Nara Park. You will feel the presence of the ancient deities and that of their messengers, the so cute little deer.
Nara Park is home to the city's 1,200 deer or shika deer. This is an opportunity for us to interact with them.
Naramachi is the old town of Nara. This district dates back to the 8th century and its architecture has hardly changed since the Meiji era. A good little walk then we retrace our steps, until the start of the day.
We will walk through Kofukuji and admire the large five-storey pagoda. Fresh air, nature and deer everywhere!
