OPTIONAL -It is headquartered in a historic and highly representative building for the city of Pomerode: the old Mercado Weege. Next to the factory, the building that started the brewery currently houses the Schornstein Kneipe - Official Bar - which stands out for an imposing 30-meter-high chimney made of handcrafted solid bricks. Hence the origin of the name Schornstein, which in German means chimney. Free entrance. No tasting.
