Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

This is a real exclusive guided tour. You will avoid lines and crowds, getting directly inside the Colosseum Arena. Walk in the footsteps of the Roman gladiators through the "Libitinaria" Gate of Death (A special entrance not open to the general public) and see through their eyes as they battle in violent confrontations with other gladiators, wild animals, and condemned criminals. You will enjoy a special perspective of the Colosseum, feeling like a real gladiator during the ludus gladiatorius.

Your guide will tell you all about gladiators fighting and will tell many stories about fool emperors who played in the arena as gladiators against wild beasts. From the arena floor, you will also have a view directly above of the undergrounds.

2
Stop 2

Your exclusive guided tour will continue with the Colosseum first and second rings. Admire the incredible engineering genius of the Romans and hear about the incredible speed at which they were able to build.

3
Stop 3

Since we aim to provide you with the best understanding of Ancient Rome, our tour would have not been complete without helping you discover two highlights of the ancient times: the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. As a result, your tour will continue to the Roman Forum, the central square of ancient Rome. Here you can learn about the daily life of the typical Roman citizen. You will be introduced to their social and religious customs. The most interesting part of the Roman Forum is that even though it initially started as a market place, in time it became much more purposeful and it became surrounded by imposing civic buildings. The future of the empire started being decided here, and a tour of the Roman Forum would be an interactive lesson about the power of the empire.
