Meeting place: Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line). The tour reservations have strict timing. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. Latecomers won't be waited for and no refunds will be granted.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with walking disabilities

As per Colosseum rules, LARGE BAGS - PERFUMES – SPRAY/AEROSOL CANS- WEAPONS – GLASS – ALCOHOL are forbidden. Please note that there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate the above items

Important notes

For this activity you MUST bring an ID for each participant or a photocopy of it.
* Please provide the first and last name of each traveler exactly as they appear on your official travel documents. Failure to do so will result in denied entry and loss of tour.
* All clients will be asked to show a photo ID, you must bring a photo ID to be allowed into the Colosseum.
* The names provided during the booking process must match the ID provided at the entrance of the Colosseum
* The starting time is subject to change. Do not book this tour on your day of travel or on the same day as another tour
* The tour will run rain or shine (unless the monument is closed by the officials for safety reasons)
* There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The waiting time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
* You are not allowed with knives, glass bottles or large backpacks inside of the Archeological area.
* The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.  
* If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
* Purchasing the guided tour, you are acknowledging and consenting that the Colosseum Arena admission fee is 22 € for adults, along with a 2 € booking fee, and free entry for children under 18. The remaining amount covers professional licensed tour guide along with other services, headsets, booking fees, and tour amenities.
