Meet your friendly English-speaking driver guide at your hotel or pointed meeting place at 8am (or your own preferred departure time). Then, take a comfortable GL8 van directly to the Mutianyu Great Wall (1.5 to 2-hour driving distance from central Beijing). This section of the Great Wall is famous for its beautiful scenery and original structure and normally with less crowds.
Upon arrival, your driver guide will assist you in getting tickets and lead you from the parking location to the wall. After an introduction of the wall, you can hike for a couple of hours on the wall and take some nice photos there. There is also a cable car, chair lift, or toboggan available, which you can take it you'd like (at your own cost).
Lunch is not included in the price of this tour, however your guide can recommend some nice places to eat near the Wall, or you can bring your own snack if you like. The whole tour duration is up to 8 hours. After your tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your original meeting point.
