1. As soon as your ship docks at Costa Maya and you are allowed to disembark, walk or take the trolley from the ship to the terminal building to be able to exit the port, please meet us just outside of the port complex area, WE DO NOT PICK UP INSIDE THE PORT COMPLEX. The link can be seen at the ticket.
2. At the meeting point you’ll find your tour guide/driver holding a sign with your name and the Eco Experience logo.
3. After the service is done you will be dropped off at the same location where you were picked up.
Our meeting point is located just outside of the Costa Maya port complex area. Guests can safely walk from the port to our meeting point.
