AIRPORT / CRUISE PORT MEET & GREET INSTRUCTIONS

- Hand sanitizers and masks will be available in our vehicles for the best hygiene practice.
- Guests must contact Tourope UK at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer service to confirm your transportation. Please use the contact details on your confirmation voucher.
- Please confirm the number of people and the suitcases for your transfer.
- Wheelchair users must inform our agent whether guest(s) is/are fully dependent on the chair or partly able to walk or move.
- Tourope UK’s transfer personnel will meet you at the arrival gate/hall, please look out for your name all the way down to exit.
- You will see your name along the way.
- Please print out the guideline that will be sent before your journey. You can also keep it in your phone or tablet.
