Today enjoy the countryside landscapes and handicraft tour by leave the streets of Malaysia’s capital city from Kuala Lumpur. Visit one of the nation’s most beloved shrines, located in the Batu Caves and see how two of the country’s traditional crafts are made during stops at the Royal Selangor Pewter factory.

Stop 2

Visitor center taking guests through the history of Royal Selangor's pewter manufacturing. Wander through museum exhibits and a live demo on pewter crafting. Watch how pewter crafting is done, from casting, polishing to assembling.

Next, we stop at Batik Factory – see how Batik is designed and printed. Craft center since 1976 with batik demonstrations & classes, plus Malaysian-made gifts & clothing

Batu Caves is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old. It is the focal point of the Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. Batu Caves in short also referred as 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga as there are six important holy shrines in India and four more in Malaysia. The three others in Malaysia are Kallumalai Temple in Ipoh, Tanneermalai Temple in Penang and Sannasimalai Temple in Malacca. Note: Keeping your eyes open to be aware of the monkeys. Don’t feed them! Hold cameras close and use a neck strap if you have one. Please don’t carry any plastic bags, monkeys will aggressive on this.

Your next stop is Setapak Hot Spring, a local favorite known for its soothing mineral waters. For over four decades, this natural spring has been a cherished spot among residents who believe in its healing properties, especially for skin conditions and other ailments. It’s common to see both the young and elderly enjoying a rejuvenating soak here, particularly on weekends.

Then continue on to Kanching Falls for a look at the impressive seven-tiered waterfall. You decide how long you'd like to linger in the shade, scramble on the boulders, or take a refreshing dip. During lunch time we will bring you for Set Local lunch or Packed Food.
