Upon arrival and after clearing Immigration and Customs, please go outside to the arrival area and proceed to the exit doorway located to the right of the INFORMATION DESK.
Once outside the terminal building, look to the right for your agent with a sign displaying GROOVY TOURS JAMAICA.
Please note that your agent is required to wait outside for you at most 3 hours after your flight has landed. If you suspect any delays that may cause you to be held up in the airport please notify the office at (876) 443-5737 as soon as possible.
