Explore the Arctic Circle Highlights by Snowmobile! Meet reindeer and huskies, explore the Santa Claus Village and ride snowmobiles through the forests of Arctic Circle.

Stop 2

Once you are back from the farm visits, you will have free time to explore Santa Claus Village. You will be able to experience the Christmas atmosphere, step across the Arctic Circle, meet Santa Claus, visit the post office and do gift shopping. Children smaller than 140cm can try mini snowmobiling for 10 minutes on our mini-track. Your day with us will end with drop-off back to Rovaniemi

Please note: in order to drive a snowmobile, a valid drivers license is required. We are not able to accept a picture of the license or provisional driving license.
Children 2-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide's snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child's safety.
2 adults share 1 snowmobile, single driving is available as supplement for adult.
If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
Children under 2 year old are not recommended to join this tour.
The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.

Meeting point

You can meet your guide in our office in the City Center of Rovaniemi, Koskikatu 8. Meeting time at 09:00am. Missed meeting time and point will result on missed activity, which will not be refunded.

Important notes

• In order to drive a snowmobile, a valid driver's license (class B) is required. A provisional license or a picture of the driving license won’t be accepted. The driving license must in Latin letters or translated to English or Finnish by a reputable source. If you do not bring your driving license, you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile, and no refund can be offered.
