Once a client books the service in advance, our team promptly schedules and prepares the transport for the day of travel. On the day of the service, a designated vehicle is dispatched to pick up the guest from their specified location.

From there, the journey proceeds toward Etosha National Park. Upon arrival at the park gate, the necessary entrance fees are paid (either by the client or as arranged in advance). The trip continues through the park en route to Mokuti, with a comfort stop (toilet break) offered along the way if needed.

Finally, the guest is dropped off safely and conveniently at the reception area of Mokuti Lodge.
