Pickup included
4:00am: Pick up from your hotel/Airbnb at Cusco city
4:15am: Board our comfortable transport and drive for 90 minutes to Ollantaytambo train station
Note: You can purchase breakfast at ollantaytambo train station.
5:50am: Boar the train with destination to KM 104 where is located the Inca Trail hiking starting point. This one-hour train journey allows you to appreciate the fascinating scenery along the sacred Vilcanota River.
Note: If you are staying at Ollantayutambo, we can also pick you to start the tour.
7:20am: Once we reach the kilometer 104 we will disembark the train and walk across bridge over the Urubamba river to the control and check the passports and Inca trail permit and then will visit Chachabamba which is a lovely Inca site which contains water channels, fountains and more. After s short guided tour at Chachabamba we will commence the hike mostly upwards around 3.5 hours until Wiñaywayna (forever young) an impressive Inca site which was an agricultural center with numerous terraces, a religious sector and an urban sector. After the guided tour we will enjoy our boxed lunch. Then we will continue our hike for an extra hour to the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) from here you will have the first amazing view of Machu Picchu. After a brief stop for pictures, we will walk down for an extra 40 minutes to the enigmatic Inca citadel of Machupicchu by 14:00pm
14:00pm: Enjoy the amazing views of Machupicchu from the Uper terrace which is Machupicchu circuit 1 and take the classic phot views. Anmd then borad the bus down to Aguas Calientes town where is located the train station.
15:30pm: Enjoy some free time to purchase some snack od dinner.
17:00pm: Board the train and ride for 90 minutes to ollantaytambo Train Station.
19:00pm: Arrive at Ollantaytambo train station where our representative will will waiting for you by the exit gate and board our transport to return to Cusco.
21:00pm: Arrive to your Cusco hotel where our services will end.
