Day 1: Airport to Hotel
Airport pickup will be hosted by a hotel car. This is a private service. Please offer your flight code flying to Shanghai and flight departure time upon reservation.

After arrival at Shanghai, you can see a hotel staff holds your name sign and escort you to hotel. In case if you do not see your name sign, please telephone the hotline shown on your Viator voucher. A friendly airport representative will show up to help you.

Free hotel shuttle to Shanghai Disney Resort is available every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 19:00. The last shuttle bus departs from Disney Resort to hotel leaves at 21:45.

Downtown Sightseeing and Transfer
The central area of Shanghai is connected by a 24-minute train ride of Metro Line 11. Please take a taxi for 10 minute to Kangxin Highway Metro Station. Taxi fare will be paid by yourself.

From Kangxin Highway Metro Station: The first train leaves at 07:04am, the last train leaves at 23:34am.
From Xujiahui Metro Station: The first train leaves at 06:27am, the last train leaves at 22:58am.

You can buy this package only when the credit card used and passport holder is the same person. It means you can buy this package for you and your family, but you need to travel with them to Shanghai. The local travel agent will ask you to take photo of your passport page and send it by email. If the orginal credit card holder does not show up, the hotel will refuse you to check in. No refund.
Adult price is based on twin share of a hotel room, child price is based on sharing adult's bed. Please notice the hotel allows only maximum of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children) in one room.
