A: Telephone the local travel agent. Usually he/she will ask you to pass the phone to a Chinese person standing beside you, it is the fastest way to know where you are. Please stay there! Do not move! Your driver will come to you. No refund if you take a taxi.
Q: What happen if my flight is delayed?
A: Additional charge will be asked to pay in cash to your driver. You are the person who can offer first hand information. Please make the first phone call right after you know the flight is delayed. Then telephone again before boarding and turn off your phone. The local travel agent needs the updated flight information to tell your driver to leave, or to wait. So if you make a phone call only after your late landing, your driver might have left that airport. In this situation, no pickup and no refund.

A: This pickup price is for hotels in 3 major beaches in Sanya only. These 3 beaches are Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay and Dadonghai Bay. Other districts are named as Outskirts Sanya. Hotels in Outskirts Sanya will cost additional charge. Please check if your hotel is located in Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay and Dadonghai Bay before you make a booking.
If your hotel is in outskirts Sanya, the additional cost will be advised by the local travel agent.
- Plan A: If the local travel agent has receiving your reply of approval of this additional cost in time, booking will be confirmed.
- Plan B: Booking will be cancelled automatically and refund will be arranged for not receiving your approval in 24 hours.
