A true story of a family dedicated from generations to the creation of artisanal cheeses, rooted in the deep tradition of Valsassina and made by the skilled hands of the Master Cheesmaker, who follows with dedication the ancient techniques handed down from generation to generation.
The visit to the dairy represents the starting of the experience: you will observe closely every step of the cheese production and maturation process, discovering the secrets kept by the skilled hands of the Master Cheesmaker.
You will observe step by step the production of typical cheeses from Valsassina like Taleggio and Gorgonzola DOP; their distinctive aromas and flavours are authentic symbols of quality and tradition that characterise Valsassina.

Enjoy the fresh air of the Valsassina valley pedaling the Bike lane along the Pioverna river, looking the lush Grigna mountains that divides Valsassina from Lake Como.
Cycling through the valley, you'll reach Taceno, a typical mountain village with houses frescoed by the ancient crafts of the valley.
