Start your full-day tour with pickup at your hotel in Kunming city and meet your guide aboard an air-conditioned private vehicle. It’s a 2.5 hour drive to Chengzi Ancient Village. Your tour guide will explain the related histories and local culture along the way. Free free to ask questions if you have.

Chengzi Ancient Village is a natural village inhabited by the nationalities of Han, Yi, and Miao. It has the best well-preserved Tuzhang house groups in southwest China, there are more than 1000 houses with a history longer than 600 years. The village is praised as the “Living Fossil” of the residential architecture.

Upon arrival, follow your tour guide to stroll around the village, be amazed by their ancient folk houses which have Yi nationality and Han style characters, learn the culture and history of Yi people, watch and join the local's farm work. You will travel at your own pace, communicate with locals, stop for photos.

After lunch in the local restart, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kunming.
