Detailed itinerary

Your English speaking guide will meet you in your Lanzhou hotel's lobby at your preferred time. Since this trip can be adjusted flexibly according to your interests, you can freely discuss it with the tour guide on your way to downtown.

Typically, you will first visit the Gansu Provincial Museum. Built in 1956, the museum have a collection of over 350 000 pieces, have two sections: natural resources and historic exhibits. You will also see the world-famous bronze "Galloping Horse's Hoof Stepped on a Flying Swallow" which was excavated in 1969. The whole statue is honored as the mysterious and rare treasure in the history of Chinese ancient sculpture art.

Then move on to the bank of the Yellow River. Stroll along the longest riverside road in China. Admire the Zhongshan Bridge which was built in 1907, it is the first bridge over the Yellow River.

Check out the Waterwheel Garden, where you can get an idea of the old irrigation tool. The first waterwheel was made successfully in 1556 on the north bank of the Yellow River. Up to 1952 there were altogether 252 waterwheels lining both banks of the River.

Finally, you will visit the White Pagoda Mountain. You can choose to hike up or take the cable car cross the Yellow river to reach the top where you can enjoy amazing view of mountain, Yellow river and Lanzhou city
