Our drivers will meet you in the arrivals hall at Baltra airport displaying a sign with your name on, before escorting you and your luggage on the mandatory bus Lobito to take you to Itabaca channel where you will have to take a ferry to cross to Santa Cruz.
Once you arrive in Santa Cruz, your driver will then take care of everything for you to get you safely and comfortably to your hotel.
The same service can be arranged to take you back to the airport for your departure, picking you up from your hotel. However please note this service is one way only (Either Baltra airport to Puerto Ayora OR Puerto Ayora to Baltra Airport) ir a return transfer is required, please book service twice.
