Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time due to managing and organizational reasons.

In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.

Meeting point

From the Metro station Colosseo, turn right on Via del Fori Imperiali and go straight to the first traffic light, then turn right on Via Cavour and turn left on the 2nd street, Via del Cardello. You will find the meeting point on Via del Cardello, 31.
