The most impressive structures of Chichen Itza are located in the central area. There you will find the Ball Game, temples, the spectacular Castle (Kukulkan Pyramid) and the Mayan stone calendar that measures 25 meters. Toltec warriors are represented in the engravings that are around the entrance, at the top of El Castillo. Local guides will give you detailed information about Chichen Itza and even take you to a Sacred Cenote.
This cenote is considered young, it has a circular shape and is closed by a vault, it has an opening in the surface, which allows sunlight to penetrate, once inside you can see stalagmites and stalactites in large quantities. This cenote is accessible through a tunnel with stairs.
