About this experience

Currently, Bacalar is a population dedicated mainly to tourism, which takes place between the lagoon in which it is located and the nearby Mayan archaeological sites and the city of Chetumal.

The main tourist attraction of the city is the Lagoon, on whose shores there is a spa where you can practice swimming, it also offers palapas to eat, in some areas of the lagoon they have microbialites similar to white corals, there are boat trips through the lagoon and other services.

Consider from the hotels in Riviera Maya will take about 3.5 or 4 hours each way to arrive to our final destination where we will spend around 5 hours.
