Detailed itinerary

1

The guided tour of Casa Seganfredo is presented in the form of a chat, where we approach the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, including the way of the grapes inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the grapes are transformed into wine. The champenois method, a technique for fermenting sparkling wine under French Champagne rules, stands out. We ended the visit to our cellar, addressing issues of product storage and stories of the evolution of wine. After the visit, we serve the tasting with a sequence, respecting the palate, in order to provide a gustatory experience of our wines, with pairing tips and service techniques. The tasting accompanies a portion of cheeses of 3 different types.
