Try the original socca - a special savory pancake made with chickpea flour, crispy outside and soft inside - and the Pissaladière, an onion tart with olives and anchovies. Or imbibe in typical Provencal wine. And to end the tour with something sweet, try a fresh homemade ice-cream and sweet treats from a local confiserie.
