In the heart of Provence, Avignon is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful jewels in the south of France, with its exceptional historical center, its renowned theatre festival and, of course, its delicious Provençal cuisine: aromatic herbs, tomatoes, olive oil, a good glass of Côte du Rhône and sun-ripened fruit.

We will start our culinary journey in front of the Palais des Papes, one of the most iconic buildings here in Avignon. Here you'll meet your guide and your new friends and you'll get ready to discover the true Provençal cuisine

During the morning tour, you will have a guided tasting of different types of olive oil and tapenade, two staples of Provençal cuisine. You will also have a taste of a classic of Provençal cuisine, Pissaladière, a delicious onion tart that's typically from this region! (lunch only).
