Passage through the fishing area of Alvor, where all local uses and customs will be explained as well as a guided visit to the museum saves lives of Alvor

After a pass through the beautiful city of Portimao we will visit our fortress built in 1621 to protect the Portuguese sailors from other pirates,
will also be decriminalized all the same charms as well as their secrets.

In Ferragudo another picturesque fishing village with 500 years of existence, we will visit the river area, the local church as well as a beautiful view over the castle of São João do Arade with a stunning view over the Arade River.

Before arriving at Silves, the oldest Algarve city conquered by the Moors in 1189, we passed through the salines of the arade, through the Harvad vineyard where the whole process of this vineyard with Phoenician origins and the beautiful oranges of this rural area will be explained; after such views and time to take the castle assault and observe this imposing construction.

Here is the so desired incursion all over the ground to reach the Demo barracks and its suspended bridge 20 meters from the ground, a challenging attraction for the most daring / brave in the beautiful mountainous town of Alferce.

Arrived at the Alferce and time for a magnificent lunch mirroring well the traditional Portuguese cuisine and its tastes, it will also be served as an entrance a gorgeous tasting of the local black pig, after our meal and time to taste the famous traditional Medronho liqueur of our serra.

Since we are in the Monchique mountain range we will visit this famous village, the most typical serrano village of the whole Algarve with its uses and customs.
We will also observe the cork this Portuguese product so appreciated by the world as well as all the products conceivable with this one, all this accompanied by a good dose of stunning views.

The cherry on top of the cake and the Foia a pleasant place about 902meters of altitude from where we can observe practically half of our Algarve coast.
Time also to observe/acquire local and national crafts.
Finally the inevitable return to your accommodations and here ends this adventure of full heart.
