Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

The Trang An Tourism Complex in the northern province of Ninh Binh was officially included in the world heritage list on June 23 by the UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee.

The eco tourist attraction located in the East of Ninh Binh, with area of 2000 ha, is divided into 5 function parts: special protection area (Hoa Lu Ancient Capital), the centre, caves area, service and travel area, spirit area Bai Dinh Pagoda. It includes 47 historical vestiges with many mysterious things, with limestone mountains, valleys and underground river systems.

2
Stop 2

There are 47 grottos and caves, 31 valleys and the hallowed cultural area of Bai Dinh Pagoda inside the Trang An scenic landscape complex. Take a leisurely cruise around the area, tourists can be imagined as kings from ancient times who use the mountains as walls, the rivers as roads and the caves as palaces. When you first arrived at Trang An, you will be deeply impressed on dozens of boats anchoring in lines and waiting for every tourist to start the journey.

3

There are actually two peaks on top of Hang Mua. To reach the higher one, you will have to climb for about 20-30 minutes and if the weather is hot and humid, it can be challenging but don’t give up.

Close to the peak there is a small kiosk which sells drinks, sweets and ice cream. When you think you can’t climb anymore, think about that cold, delicious chocolate ice cream and keep going.
