This is your introduction to the night sky, stars and the Universe. It includes the guided use of telescopes for night sky observation of visible planets, the Moon, stars, galaxies, etc. Join us as we take a safari trek across the night sky with our lasers using constellations and detailed explanations of the science and mythology by expert astronomy guides. While in Tenerife, these astronomy tours are an ideal excursion for holiday makers, taking advantage of Tenerife being one of the best locations in the world for both professional and amateur astronomy. Meet us for Sunset in the lava fields created from the last eruption in Tenerife of one of its 411 volcanoes. From here at 1400 meters we watch the sun go down, overlooking the three islands of La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera with a glass of cava or juice. We will take many photos both of you and the sunset here. Afterwards, follow us in your own car up to 2000 meters. Here in front of Narices Del Teide we will show you all Tenerife's Night Sky has to offer. Using Telescopes and lasers we will guide you across the sky and show you why Tenerife is called a Window to the Universe!

Meeting point

From the main road there is a well maintained gravel track down to the picnic and camping area. We will arrive with marked Night Skies Tenerife Vans easily visible and a coach. Arrive in your own car as we move on from this location after sunset. Please ask for Kieran on arrival.
