Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, is ranked as one of the best cities to live in, and it was recognized as the safest city in the world for 2019. Abu Dhabi is just a two-hour drive from one of the busiest cities in the world—Dubai. Compared to Dubai, Abu Dhabi has a calm pace, avoiding the needless hustle and bustle of larger cities. However, this does not mean that the world-class city lags in modern lifestyle or infrastructure; in fact, Abu Dhabi is continually changing and growing. The city is preparing for the future with projects such as Masdar City—the city of the future. A tour of Abu Dhabi will be a fun-filled experience, welcoming you with the largest handmade handloom carpet in Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Etihad Towers, Emirates Palace Hotel, Qasr Al Watan, and more.

The city tour of Abu Dhabi will begin with a visit to the biggest mosque in the UAE and one of the largest mosques in the world, the ‘Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque,’ popularly known as ‘The White Mosque.’ It not only stands out as the largest mosque in the world but also as the only one that captures a unique interaction between the Islamic world and global cultures. Built with a vision to incorporate architectural styles from various Muslim civilizations, the mosque celebrates cultural diversity worldwide. Italian, British, and Emirati architects worked diligently to design and construct this architectural masterpiece. Its materials came from Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt, among other Islamic countries, resulting in a radiant architectural marvel with an impressive capacity of 40,000 worshippers and visitors. The mosque was named after the late president, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Drive through the Al Bateen Area of Abu Dhabi, which is home to the Presidential Palace, royal family palaces, and iconic high-rise hotels overlooking the Persian Gulf. The next stop will be the Abu Dhabi Corniche, an eight-kilometer stretch of perfectly shaped waterfront featuring a children’s play area, beach, numerous cafés, and fine dining restaurants, making it one of the best places in Abu Dhabi for a day out.
The photo journey stops delightfully at the stunning Emirates Palace hotel, the impressive Etihad Towers, and the Presidential Palace.
Then you will be directed to Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, where you will have time for shopping and lunch.
you will continue to one of the best attractions in Abu Dhabi, the Art and Civilization Museum ‘Louvre Abu Dhabi.’ The museum is the first universal museum in the Middle East that embodies the spirit of cultural openness. Located in the Saadiyat district of Abu Dhabi, the museum was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. The museum encompasses 9,200 square meters of galleries, including the permanent gallery and a temporary gallery that showcases collections from several notable French museums, including Musee du Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, and Centre Pompidou.
