The mosque was built with a vision to incorporate the architectural design of different Muslim civilizations, and the mosque celebrates the world’s cultural diversity. There were Italian, British, and Emirati architects who worked hard to design and construct an architectural masterpiece. The parts were from Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt, among other Islamic countries, revealing a shining architectural marvel with an incredible capacity of 40,000 worshippers and visitors.

The museum encompasses 9,200 sq. m of galleries which includes the permanent gallery and a Temporary Gallery that showcases the collection from many notable French museums including Musee du Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and Centre Pompidou.
