This is one of the potential vortex locations that Frank will take you to. Depending on time of year, occupancy or the individuality of the people on his tour, Frank will make a decision on what vortex energies will suit you best. He could decide to go to this one and stay the entire time of the tour or he could incorporate it into multiple locations.

This could be one of or the only location that the guide will choose for your vortex tour. This is at the discretion of the guide or if this location is full the tour will take you to another location on our list.

You can see airport mesa from our tour shop where you check in but do no go to this location.

You can see this overlook from our tour center. We do not pass by the location on the tour.

At the discretion of the guide we may use Fay canyon as one of the vortex sites or stay there through the tour's entirety.

No refunds or reschedules are offered to travelers who do not arrive at the correct time or miss their tour.

Meeting point

Check in begins 30 min prior to the ticket start time. All guests must be present at check in. Check in is at 1890 W SR 89A #D behind Domino's Pizza. Please wear closed toed shoes as this activity requires walking on uneven ground, gravel and/or dirt. Travelers may need their own vehicle.

Important notes

The tour time shown on your ticket is the START time, not the check-in time. Travelers are required to check in 15-30 minutes prior to the tour start time on your ticket. This is a requirement for our tours. Our tours leave promptly after check in to arrive at the first location by the start time on your ticket. Sedona UFO Tours is located at 1890 W. SR 89A #D directly off 89A behind Domino's Pizza in Plaza 777. Our building is yellow, adobe, and teal. Please come around behind Domino's and park in front of Suite D. Check in begins 30 minutes prior to the tour to allow each traveler ample time to use restroom facilities and get checked in to leave on tour. We will not wait for late travelers who have not communicated with us as to their ETA or to let us know they are lost.
Please wear closed toed shoes as this activity requires walking on uneven ground, gravel and/or dirt. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing. Travelers may need to ride in the comfort of their own vehicle & follow the guide so please arrive in your own private transportation. In an effort to respect all traveler's time & itinerary while in Sedona, it is required that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the tour start time. When check-in time ends we cannot make any exceptions for a traveler's tardiness and no check-in's will be provided for travelers arriving after the check-in time. If a traveler does not arrive in the allotted time for check-in, then the traveler then waives the right to reschedule and will not receive a refund as we have held these spaces on this tour which prevented other travelers from booking this experience. For example: If a traveler does not check in at least 15 minutes prior to the start time, the booking is marked a no-show. Travelers who arrive at 8:50am or later and the start time was 9am, the guide will already have left on the tour. This allows us to stay on time for all travelers on tour.
