Utilizing the most advanced, custom military night vision goggles you will be amazed at what you see. Witness millions of stars & constellations as well as occasional sightings of the Andromeda Galaxy(seasonal). This tour is educational, entertaining & fun for all ages.
IMPORTANT: When traveling to Sedona please book your UFO tour on the first couple of nights during your stay as sometimes cloud coverage can prevent us from operating the tour & a reschedule is necessary.Minimum traveler requirements are also in place to operate this experience.

Travelers will see Thunder Mountain as our guide takes you to the viewing location

We pass by the road that will take you to Fay Canyon. Our viewing site sits adjacent to the Fay Canyon area.

We pass by Red Rock crossing on our way to our viewing site.

We pass by Crystal Magic where our second tour location is on the way to our viewing location.

We pass by Crystal Magic on the 89A on our way to our tour viewing location.

On the way to the viewing location we will pass by the street that one would take to go and see the Stupa. We do not go to the stupa.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time to check in. We cannot accept late check-ins unless communication has been made with the traveler. We must stay on time for all of our guests. Late check-in's are considered a no-show & no refund, reschedule or tour credit will be provided.
Use of one (1) night vision goggle is provided to every 2 adult travelers (11 years of age and up). We have experienced that many travelers cannot look up in the sky for extended periods of time & end up needing to rest their neck. Sharing a goggle gives each traveler this ability.
Adults over the age of 18 only will be provided use of an approved star pointer
Children 10 and under will share goggles with an adult & must be assisted by an adult at all times. Children may not physically hold the goggles due to the cost of the goggles..
Travelers will need their own vehicle as you will follow your guide to the viewing location. Please do not arrive in an Uber, Lift, Taxi or any other form of transportation other than your own vehicle.

Audio & Video Recording is not permitted at any time. Flash Photography is also not permitted at any time due to the sensitive nature of our equipment. Violation of this policy will result in the traveler's tour being cut short.
We will attempt to conduct the tour every night. The safety of our guests is of our utmost concern, when it comes to making a decision on weather, acts of God, or specific area closures we will inform all guests in a timely manner. With inclement weather issues and in an effort to not disappoint our travelers we MAY at the company's discretion need to wait until check-in time to make a determination on weather, other times may require that we make a determination 30-60 minutes prior to tour time.. If you are traveling during monsoon or winter seasons please note that special weather policies apply to this time of year.
Tour times may vary due to current sunset times. Please note that this may be as little as 15 minutes earlier or later and as much as 60MIN later than your booking confirmation states. We send out updates to all travelers prior via Tripadvisor/Viator's messaging system or text.
Not recommended for travelers who have difficulty standing or walking.

Meeting point

Guests will meet us at Sedona UFO Tours LLC Tour Center which is in suite D.All guests will need their own vehicle as they will follow our guide to the viewing location. After tour is over guests may leave from tour location.Alternate check in locations MAY be provided depending on seasons/holidays.

Important notes

**It is REQUIRED that all travelers arrive 30 minutes early to check-in.Spaces for no shows will be filled by waitlist travelers if groups are not checked in.Travelers who do not arrive between the check-in times will be considered a NO-SHOW & NO REFUND or RESCHEDULE will be provided.
You will meet at Sedona UFO Tours LLC 1890 West State Route 89A Suite D which is located directly off 89A behind Domino's Pizza in Plaza 777. This plaza is directly across the highway from Starbucks. Our building is yellow, adobe, and teal. Please come around behind Domino's and park in front of Suite C,D, OR E.

**Tours will leave promptly after check in, not at the time on your ticket. That is the tour start time & it takes approximately 10 minutes to get to our viewing location. Guests who are late for check in with no communication will be considered a no-show. A guest is given courtesy text 5 min prior to check in ending. If a guest arrives after the tour has left this is considered a no-show, no exceptions can be made as we respect the time of all of our travelers on tour with us.Our phone lines will close immediately following check in.

*PLEASE BRING YOUR TICKET & DRIVERS LICENSE to check in as these are both requirements. ALL TRAVELERS OVER 18 NEED TO SHOW A DRIVERS LICENSE

*Every 2 adults(age 11+) will be provided with 1 goggle. Children 6-10 are not provided with or may operate goggles by themselves but will share with an adult & direct supervision. Children 11+ are considered adults, require an adult ticket & may have the use of goggles by themselves with parental supervision.
*All travelers must have their own vehicle as you will be following the tour guide to the viewing location. Please do not arrive in a taxi, uber, lift, hotel shuttle or other form of transportation that is not a private vehicle.
