Important notes

The price does not include a gratuity for your Tour Guide. If your Tour Guide makes your experience enjoyable, we kindly ask that you show your appreciation by giving them a TIP. On the other hand, if your Tour Guide falls short of your expectations, please inform us so we can address the issue. We'll give them our own TIP... the TIP of our boot. (haha, just kidding folks). It is absolutely essential that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time. The booking time is when the tour actually departs, so if you arrive at that time, you will unfortunately miss the boat. Keep in mind that our tours are quite popular, and you won't be the only person joining in. Other customers will be excitedly waiting to embark on the adventure. Therefore, it is crucial that we stick to the schedule to avoid disappointing them. Late arrivals will result in the forfeiture of your reserved time slot, similar to how you would lose your seats if you didn't show up for a concert or performance. So, please make sure not to miss the show. Our team works diligently to prepare everything for your arrival, and we want you to have the best experience possible. Please be aware that cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of your reservation, and unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds. Additionally, a $15 damage waiver or a refundable deposit is required for every vehicle rental. This waiver provides you with liability insurance and limits your potential liability for equipment damage. You have the option to purchase the waiver at the time of rental or choose to leave a refundable deposit instead – the choice is yours. To operate the vehicle, you must possess a valid driver's license and be over the age of 18. All participants must be taller than 46 inches. For complete details regarding rental requirements, please visit our website at www.RENTaUTV.com. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
