We will learn about the true process of olive oil manufacturing, depending on the season we will see how it is done.

After cycling we arrive at our first wine tasting. This winery is characterized by having a single-varietal Cariñan wine, unique in the Valle de Guadalupe. We will visit its small but cozy underground cellar.

This winery is characterized by its unique labels with the names of the archangels. We will taste one of their most awarded and best-made wines.

The setting is spectacular, and taking a bike ride through the vineyards will be a dream come true.

Depending on the day, we can swap one of the previous vineyards and stop by for a glass of white wine, La Llave Blanca, which we believe is the best white wine in the valley.
