Detailed itinerary

1

We will observe the different fish and seafood that are obtained in our sea in front of us and if you like we will enjoy the typical Ensenada taco, fish taco

2

We will arrive at the most famous cantina in all of California (American as well as Mexican) and we will join an excellent group of typical northern music from Mexico while we enjoy a good beer (not included). Except Mondays because it is closed

3

We'll see how our most iconic food, the tortilla, is produced. From the corn we receive, through the cooking vat, to the machine where the tortilla comes out hot and ready to eat. We'll definitely make a tortilla taco with just salt.

4
Stop 4

We can have lunch at La Morocha or Muelle 3, the emblematic and award-winning Bajamed-style cuisine.

5

If you're still up for more fun, we'll head to the iconic Riviera Casino for a margarita—the birthplace of this legendary cocktail. Made with tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and a touch of salt over crushed ice, it's a classic that never goes out of style. Beyond being the margarita's birthplace, the Riviera Casino has a colorful history as a hotspot for American gangsters during Prohibition. Back in the day, planes and yachts brought influential figures from the U.S. to indulge in drinking and gambling at the "illegal" casino, making it a vibrant slice of Ensenada's past.
