Wen Wu Temple which is a Daoism style temple. It is located at the shoulder of mountain where is on the north of Sun Moon Lake.It was built in 1938 and rebuilt in 1969. People pray the Civil Saint of Confucius, the Military Saint of Guangong, and Established God of two temples as the Wen Wu Temple. Sun Moon Lake, also nicknamed “honeymoon lake,” has been selected as one of the “Eight Views of Taiwan” for over a hundred years. The lake is named so due to that the shape of its eastern part, which is like the sun and the western part, which is like a crescent moon.
