Important notes

We suggest all guests take travel insurance when they book a cruise with us because most travel insurance policies cover you for cancellation due to the unforeseen medical conditions and some include some other eventualities, as well.

However, if there was a circumstance that was out of your control and not covered by your travel insurance which prevented you from cruising with us, we would attempt to resell your booking and if we were able to achieve a sale for the same price and for the same dates, we would refund you the full value of your cruise less any advertising and other costs incurred to secure that booking.

A small admin charge for our time to achieve this outcome would be charged.
