Every year since Sydney Harbours’ fireworks display became world famous welcoming the millennium, the display has got bigger & better! On land nearly 1½ million people jam into Sydney’s foreshore reserves and public places to view the fireworks and the demand for places aboard Sydney charter boats FAR exceeds the available supply so people are booking earlier & earlier to avoid disappointment.
Aboard our yacht Sydney Sundancer on New Years Eve, you will join a select group and enjoy a party atmosphere second to none ! Our NYE cruise is quite different to that offered by most other charter boats because it can be likened to enjoying a private party in someone’s home.
You will be served the finest food afloat combined with Bollinger Champagne, top quality wines together premium beers and soft drinks all night not just at midnight.

Enjoy the most amazing meal featuring Medallions of Lobster with honey & macadamia dressing, King Prawns with Sundancer sauce, Sydney rock oysters, Tasmanian whole baked Atlantic Salmon, Home roasted Turkey stuffed with chestnut & pate de foie gras, Barbeque Glazed Leg of Ham, Seared grass fed Beef Eye Fillet (marinated in lemon grass, ginger, lime juice and spices), Wood Bridge Smoked Ocean Trout, Leafy Green Salad with pomegranates & fresh herb lemon dressing, Pasta Salad with basil dressing, sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes & semi dried tomatoes. Followed by home baked Hazelnut Meringue & Strawberry Gateau baked in the shape of Australia together a chocolate liquor almond cake also baked in the shape of Australia and both decorated with the national flags of guests in attendance. To conclude this gastronomic extravaganza the finest French and Australian cheeses are served with quince paste and fresh fruit as well as filter coffee served with Belgian Shell Chocolates and other delicious delicacies.

Departure from King Street Wharf number 9 (on waterfront outside the Cargo Bar & near Aquarium Pontoon Wharf).
Departure at 5.30pm SHARP (be on the pontoon at least 10 minutes before departure). We cannot wait for latecommers and cannot return.
